Privacy policy

What we collect

• Quote form: your name, phone number, city, the service you need, and your email and note if you add them. We also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block spam and repeat abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
• Spam protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that may collect technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Phone calls: calls to the phone number on this site go through Google Voice, which logs the caller's number and the time and length of each call. Calls are not recorded.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

• To pass your request to an independent, licensed tree professional who serves your area so they can contact you about it.
• To follow up on whether you were contacted, and to keep basic records of referrals.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the provider we refer you to. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. It collects aggregate page-view and performance data, such as which pages are visited and how fast they load. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your request or tell you what we have about you by contacting [email protected]. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
